Confidence

"Confidence." - Is Something You Create Within Yourself By Believing In Who You Are.

Confidence

Our culture is built upon stereotypes and idolizing our mainstream celebrities with their perfect hair, white teeth, svelte figures, and their flawless makeup that we believe that is the right way to look and carry ourselves, but it's not. Women are put under so many pressures to look a certain way and to act a certain way that we start believing those beliefs are correct and our confidence starts to diminish.

Do you have confidence in yourself? What are you confident in? Is it your body, career, hair, personality, relationships? What makes you a confident person? These are simple questions that can have complicated answers, but they don't have to produce technical answers we just want the answers that come from your heart!

How do I gain confidence if I lack it in myself? That's a great question! Confidence takes time to create, but finding your strengths and focusing on those strengths can helps raise that growth in confidence.

TO DO: Write down all your strengths. What do you love about yourself? What does your family and friends come to you for?

By writing down the answers to these questions you can start realizing what you're made of and what makes you you. In the mean time these leading ladies have articulated great points for inspiration and motivation! So start believing in yourself because you're so worth it.
